Your Mission

As a Performance Manager, you play a key role in structuring and developing the department. You are both strategic and operational - capable of designing high-performing marketing plans and implementing them from A to Z.
Your responsibilities:

• Develop the Performance Department: vision, offering, and structure.
• Define (digital) media strategies for clients (Paid, Programmatic, Display, DOOH, Radio, Social Ads, etc.).
• Plan, manage, and optimize multichannel campaigns in collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Oversee performance reporting and analysis, with a strong focus on ROI and optimization.
• Present and defend recommendations during client meetings and pitches.
• Contribute to business development for performance projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological trends.

Your Profile

You combine technical expertise, strategic insight, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You want to build, grow, and lead a department to success.

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or media planning (agency or advertiser side).
• Solid knowledge of key digital marketing channels.
• Strong skills in tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to develop, present, and defend comprehensive strategies to clients.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and results-driven.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on growth.
• Excellent command of both French and Dutch (English is a plus).
