Context

Charleroi Entreprendre is the catalyst for entrepreneurial activity in the Charleroi Métropole region. The challenge was significant: raising awareness of its wide range of services – often little known – among a broad audience (project initiators, freelancers, SMEs, students, etc.) and generating qualified leads. Arpeggio was tasked with designing clear, inspiring, and results-oriented communication, combining strategic vision, graphic consistency, and high-performing digital activation.

We defined an overarching communication strategy to structure messaging, streamline the user journey, and enhance the organization’s visibility. Simultaneously, we refined and harmonized the visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints – physical and digital – laying the foundation for a unified graphic universe.

We developed a unique website that brings together all services, tools, and expertise of Charleroi Entreprendre. Ergonomic, modern, and responsive, it facilitates access to information, highlights content, and improves conversion of interested visitors.

A high-visibility multi-channel digital campaign

To increase awareness of Charleroi Entreprendre, we launched a targeted digital campaign across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display, and Google Ads. Each channel was optimized to generate visibility, traffic, and conversions, focusing on performance.

Video testimonials and physical materials to embody the promise

More than 10 video capsules were produced featuring local entrepreneurs supported by Charleroi Entreprendre. These authentic testimonials humanize the service offering and strengthen the credibility of the support. In addition, print materials (posters, folders, POS items…) were created to boost field presence and extend the campaign’s impact in public spaces.

Concrete and measurable results

Within just 3 months, the campaign generated over 4 million impressions across all channels, 12,000 unique visitors to the new site, and a significant increase in awareness and contact requests. Tangible proof that well-planned communication can transform the visibility of an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
